Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Bay Armor Audio accepts returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the speaker must be in its original condition, unused or lightly tested, and returned with all original accessories and packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Items damaged through misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper battery use may not qualify for a refund. To request a return, please contact us before shipping the item back.
